After an exam you often receive a digital survey form from us. The surveys are periodically reviewed and assessed by us. The comments are collected and where possible we try to respond to the comments. We regularly issue gift vouchers to the people who have completed the survey. You must then state your name and date of birth. If you want us to provide feedback on the comment, the survey is not a suitable tool for that. In that case we recommend that you send us an e-mail.
