In case of dyslexia or dyscalculia, you must submit a valid statement from an appropriately qualified specialist to My Social Hygiene (NOT being your own general practitioner). Based on this, the Examination Board can grant you a maximum of 15 minutes extra exam time. You can email your request for extra exam time together with the valid statement to My Social Hygiene. However, you must wait before booking an exam. If you have already booked an exam before the extra time has been allocated, it is no longer possible to get extra time for the already booked exam.
